These Terms and Conditions define the rules governing the access, use, and sale of services provided by ZidShop, an e-commerce platform that enables African entrepreneurs to create and manage their own online stores.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use ZidShop services.

3. Account Creation

To use certain services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Services Provided

ZidShop allows users to create, customize, and manage their online store, add products, configure payment methods, and monitor sales. Some features are free, while others require a paid subscription.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for plans and services is displayed on https://zidshop.com/pricing. Payments are processed securely via credit card, CMI, or Mobile Money depending on the region. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the displayed billing terms.

6. Free Trial

ZidShop may offer a free trial period to allow users to test the platform’s features. At the end of this period, the account automatically transitions to a paid plan if the user chooses to continue using the service.

7. Termination and Account Deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area. No refunds will be issued for periods already started. ZidShop reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

8. User Responsibilities

  • The user is solely responsible for the content published on their store (texts, images, prices, descriptions, etc.).
  • The user agrees not to publish any illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
  • The user must comply with the laws applicable in their country, particularly those related to e-commerce and data protection.

9. ZidShop Responsibilities

ZidShop strives to provide a reliable and secure service but does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation. In case of temporary maintenance or service interruption, no compensation will be granted.

ZidShop cannot be held responsible for data loss, technical failures, or damages resulting from improper use of the platform by the user.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the ZidShop website (texts, graphics, logos, code, design, etc.) are the exclusive property of ZidShop and are protected under intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of ZidShop, in compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and the GDPR.

12. Service Modifications

ZidShop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice, particularly for technical, maintenance, or upgrade reasons.

13. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of any changes on this page. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir.
